Ticket Delivery Policy

Tickets for the Amsterdam Card Show are delivered digitally.


1. Delivery Method

Once your order is successfully completed, your digital ticket will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tickets are sent via Klaviyo email automation.

  • Your order confirmation will also be your ticket, please show at entry.

  • Please check your spam / promotions folder if you do not see the email.


2. Ticket Uniqueness and Security

Each ticket contains a unique QR code or unique ticket ID.
This code is scanned upon entry and allows one-time admission.

  • Do not share screenshots or forward your ticket to others.

  • If multiple people attempt entry with the same ticket, only the first scan will be allowed entry.


3. Incorrect Email Address

The customer is responsible for entering a valid email during checkout.
If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible at quintijn.algra@amsterdamcardshow.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Correct email address

We will reissue your ticket to the correct email.


4. No Physical Tickets

We do not issue printed or physical tickets.
Entry to the event is based on digital ticket scanning at the entrance.
