Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to the Amsterdam Card Show.

Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy before completing your purchase.


1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Tickets grant access to a limited-capacity event, and for this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you can no longer attend.


2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost.

To request a transfer, please contact our support team at quintijn.algra@amsterdamcardshow.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The name and email of the new attendee

Once confirmed, we will update the ticket holder details and reissue the ticket.


3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely case of a schedule change:

  • If the event is postponed:
    Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days after the new date is announced.

  • If the event is cancelled:
    You will receive a full refund to the original payment method.


4. Ticket Resale

Tickets may not be resold for any amount higher than the original purchase price.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized or secondary marketplaces may be invalid and denied entry.


5. VAT

All ticket prices, unless otherwise stated, include 21% VAT in accordance with Dutch tax regulations.
